Project Modelling Arctic cod growth and dispersal in the Arctic Ocean

This folder contains model outputs and R scripts used to analyse the netcdf files.

- 'Baseline' contains the main simulations per release year and month (2005-2015 x Dec-May). 

- 'HatchSize' contains the netcdf files simulating different larval hatch sizes. The name of each files includes information on hatch size, spawning year and month, e.g. “Hatch7SL2014Mar.nc”.

- 'LowFood' contains the netcdf files simulating 2 scenarios of lower food availability. The name of each file includes information on the scenario (P35, P52).

- 'Rscripts' contains the R scripts for post processing model output. 
	The file “Init_17polys_0deg05_areaID.txt” contains release points.
	Mortality was implemented later using “Analyse_ArcIBM_Mortality.R”
